Bilingual Parent Educator
Celeste attended the Universidad del Valle de Mexico. She has been with the Hoke County Parents As Teachers Program since November 2015. Celeste is our Program Coordinator and Bilingual Parent Educator. She is a certified parent educator in Prenatal-Kindergarten. Celeste is certified in Adult and Youth Mental Health First Aid and trained to provide initial help to young and adult people experiencing mental health problems such as depression, anxiety disorders and substance use disorders.

Ivy McLeod

Ivy attended East Carolina University, she studied Family and Community Service. She has been with the Hoke County Parents As Teachers Program since November 2016. Ivy is a certified parent educator in Prenatal-Kindergarten development. Her early education experience includes working for 11 years in a developmental day care center with special needs children.
